The Ferrari 488 Pista weighs 90 kg less than the 488 GTB (with a dry weight of only 1280 kg), and packs an extra 50 hp. This extreme evolution of the V8 turbo Ferrari, has won the 'International Engine of the Year' award for three consecutive years (2016, 2017 and 2018) and was named 'Best of the Best', that is, the best engine of the last 20 years. It can output a maximum power of 720 hp, with a specific power of 185 hp/l. The Ferrari 488 Pista has a top speed of 340 km/h, and goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.85 seconds. The sound is unique, with a decidedly sporty tone.

Increased downforce on the Ferrari 488 Pista

The aerodynamics of the Ferrari 488 Pista take advantage of the experience gained by the Maranello-based company on circuits around the world. We can see this in solutions such as the S-Duct front, know-how acquired in F1, the front diffusers, the adoption of the ramp derived from the 488 GTE, and the rear spoiler. SSC 6.0 incorporates all the following systems around a common dynamic target: E-Diff3, F1-Trac and SCM and, for the first time ever, the Ferrari Dynamic Enhancer.
